TERMs & CONDITIONS of SALE

Payment:  Net 30 Days from invoiced date for purchasers with established credit. 

Delivery:  FOB Setko Fasteners unless otherwise agreed to within a purchase order. 

Quotation Validity: All quotations are valid for 15 business days unless otherwise specified.

Minimum Order: Setko Fasteners & Distribution’s minimum order fee is $75.00 

Claims: Setko Fasteners does not accept responsibility for material supplied once it is altered in any way.  It is the customer’s responsibility to review the material for production quality, shortages, mixtures of sizes, etc. before it is processed.  

All claims for damaged product or discrepancies must be given to Setko Fasteners in writing within 10 (ten) business days from the day of the receipt.   

Product may not be returned without a return material authorization number from Setko Fasteners & Distribution.  Product must also be returned in the original boxes. 

Returns, at no fault of Setko Fasteners & Distribution, are subject to a restocking charge and any prepaid freight charges.  No deductions or adjustments are permitted without Setko Fasteners prior authorization.  Returns must be made within 10 days of the authorized date. 

If a customer claims a quality issue and Setko Fasteners needs to send parts for testing to a third party lab, the results will determine who will pay for the lab fees.  If the third party lab proves parts are according to the required specification, the customer will be responsible for any extra fees related to the lab tests including any additional fees associated with the testing (freight, etc). 

Liability: Material shipped by Setko Fasteners & Distribution found to be defective or incorrectly shipped by Setko Fasteners will be replaced.  The amount of the claim is limited to the invoiced value only.  Any claims for labor, freight, alternate purchases, or other expenditures will not be accepted by Setko Fastener & Distribution.
